1. First of all you need create bootable pendrive from the below mentions software called "rufus"  :-

https://rufus.akeo.ie/downloads/rufus-2.6.exe

2. Then you need to boot from pendrive :-

Select Language to install  :- English (United States)
Time and currency format :- English (United States)

Keyboard or input method :- US

Click on "Install now"

The activation window will come then you have to select " I don't have a product key" if you want to go for Trial version.

OR

If you have a key then you can register your windows 10 by entering the key.

Now you have Select which edition you want to use 

Accept the Licence agreement and click Next

Now you have to select "Custom" if it is your fresh installation" 

Custom :- 
It is fresh installation means you have new PC to install 

Upgrade :- 
You can upgrade your older version of windows-10 to the latest build. If you are using window-8 then it will upgrade it to Windows-10.

Now create "New" partion allocate the size and click Apply

After that "Format" the partition 

  
After that click Next 

Installation will start. After the installation completes the system will restart automatically several times do not interrupt in between.

Use Express Settings

Enter your username and password and click next 

That's it now you can enjoy using windows-10
